Group for Kids & Tweens Ages 9-12

Service Description

Telehealth group for 12 weeks from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Fridays starting 09/18/20 using experiential, expressive and cognitive methods to awaken and connect. An invitiation will be sent via Theranest to fill out intake information and payment will go through Theranest 24 hours in advance of each session on your credit card. If you can pay for the 12 week group in advance you will receive a discount of $5.00 per group. If you have insurance I am paneled with Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna and Tri-Care. My Medicaid coverage extends to Park, Jefferson and Boulder counties, as well as El Paso in Colorado. I use a Video Link that is easy to connect to your email through Theranest and medical records are all through Theranest. Dropins are welcome if there is room. Theranest will bill cash only clients through your credit card, if cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance. There will be no group the week of Thanksgiving. Keep me informed if you know you will be unable to return or have your child do so, so I can give someone else their slot ASAP. $10 gift certificates will be given those with perfect attendance!
